LIV Outdoor Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy
Effective: April 8, 2026
At LIV Outdoor, we want you to love your gear. We offer a simple 30-day return or exchange policy so you can shop with confidence.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet these conditions: 
  • It must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition you received it.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
What’s Not Eligible
 
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased from our retail partners must be returned to the original store where they were bought.

 

How to Return or Exchange
 
  1. Contact us at customerservice@birchoutfitters.com (mailto:customerservice@birchoutfitters.com) within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Once we approve your return, we’ll send you instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with tags attached.
Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your return is approved.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or is defective, please contact us right away at customerservice@birchoutfitters.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer you a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
